Timely claims reporting to Zurich is essential. Six channels to report claims around the clock are available so policyholders can use the ones that most closely fit with the scope and locations of their operations, including the following for construction risks:

When submitting a claim, your builders risk client should be prepared to provide:

  • Policy number
  • Company name
  • Contact name
  • Contact telephone number / email address, and facsimile (if available)
  • Date of loss
  • Type of loss
  • Description of loss
