Brand Outreach Representative – Marketing

Brand Outreach Representatives play an essential role in engaging and building relationships with US Assure’s broad customer base and are part of a team of innovative, experienced marketers who work with purpose. Over the phone, you’ll take the lead in developing and strengthening meaningful relationships with insurance professionals across the country. In this position you are empowered to drive policy submissions and premium by promoting events, digital content, products and key policy features via outbound phone calls and emails. Your unique style, laser-focused listening skills and ability to serve up personalized experiences will inspire and motivate agents to learn more about builders risk insurance and how US Assure can help increase their bottom line.

 What you’ll do:

  • Make outbound calls to educate and motivate insurance professionals to sell builders risk
  • Communicate US Assure’s offerings including, resources, programs, eligibility and key product features
  • Meet individual and team goals for calls made, quality standards and KPIs that drive our efforts
  • Work 40 hours per week, Monday – Friday, 8:30 a.m. – 5:30 p.m., and go home smiling

 What you need:

  • Experience working in a customer centered environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft suite of applications
  • Familiarity with a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system
