US Assure is among elite program administrators and insurance intermediaries to be certified for the Best Practice Designation from Target Markets Program Administrators Association (TMPAA). US Assure first received the best in class designation in 2014, and we participate in the recertification process every three years to keep it active.
The TMPAA conducts a rigorous examination in order to learn what is new since their original site visit. The process includes an evaluation of US Assure’s programs and business plans, any changes to limits of authority and bios of new management staff added in the last three years.
Senior Vice President Steve Bristow accepted the Best Practices award on behalf of US Assure earlier this month in Baltimore, Maryland. Steve credited US Assure’s recertification as a, “culmination of strong companywide practices.” He went on to say, “our tenured workforce takes pride in their builders risk expertise and the superior service required to help our agents succeed. This designation recognizes not only how we perform among peers in the industry but the quality of work and effort from our entire staff.”
Obtaining the Best Practice Designation, along with our recent Best Places to Work in Insurance award, is a result of our high standards and efficient processes we put to work every day for our agents. And, we are so proud of our staff for the important role they play in our business!
