Builders Risk News Roundup: October 2021

Oct 1, 2021

For this month's edition of our Product News Roundup, check out these three new system features recently introduced to help you sell and service construction clients with confidence.

  1. Account Access at the Agency Level
Registered users within the same office can access and make changes to builders risk submissions in progress by another representative of the agency who shares the same producer code.

  2. Skip Holds for Minor App Changes
After a submission is approved, changing the effective date, additional interests or insured mailing address will no longer result in an account hold, subject to binding authority.

  3. Find Flood Zone Tool
From a link found in our application, you can quickly and conveniently populate the construction risk address to see the designated flood zone using an integrated tool from FEMA.gov.
