Zurich’s Top Honor Earned for Program Administrators
US Assure has earned Zurich’s Pinnacle Award for the third consecutive year and is the only program administrator to receive the honor every year since its inception.
US Assure has once again earned Zurich’s Award of Distinction. We achieved their highest honor - the pinnacle level - for the third year in a row! This prestigious honor highlights our continued commitment to excellence and makes us the only program administrator to achieve this distinction every year since its inception.
The Pinnacle Award is granted annually to only one of their ~25 program administrators. This accolade is awarded based on performance in underwriting, financial health and compliance. Zurich conducts comprehensive audits and scores each area based on a set of established criteria. Additionally, to qualify for the Pinnacle level, the program’s gross written premium must exceed plan by a minimum of 5%, and loss ratio must be below plan by at least 1.5%.
This achievement truly substantiates the value we place on consistency in disciplines throughout the organization. It also validates our position as a profitable and reliable partner for Zurich.
