Gina Newmans

As director of product underwriting, Gina manages risk selection and underwriting discipline for US Assure’s builders risk program. Her role involves evaluating how project characteristics, geographic factors and environmental exposures influence product scope, rating and submission requirements.

Gina brings subject‑matter expertise in assessing location‑driven risks, including coastal and water‑related exposures that can materially affect loss potential. She works closely with underwriting staff to ensure product standards reflect real‑world construction conditions and evolving risk dynamics, and assists in reviewing claims files to help identify common loss drivers and recurring issues. 

Her insights help agents properly classify risk during the submission phase, reducing misunderstandings and preventing eligibility issues that can surface later in the policy lifecycle.
