Update | Assuring Your Success During the COVID-19 Outbreak
The global Coronavirus pandemic is impacting the way of life for many at a magnitude they have never experienced. We have a deep care and concern for families, businesses and communities across the world who are confronted with this challenge, especially for those who are more vulnerable to its severity. So that we can effectively do our part to defeat its spread in the U.S., US Assure is monitoring escalating concerns by following WHO, CDC and state guidelines both in interactions within our office environment and with our partners.
Continuing to provide you with exceptional service, while also maintaining a healthy and safe work space for our staff, is extremely important to us. All of our employees have been strongly encouraged to work from home. Because we regularly prepare for disaster conditions, they are equipped to work remotely with minimal interruption to you. And, our online policy issuance platform is available 24 / 7 to submit and issue business. Underwriters will respond to holds and are available directly via email or phone call at (800) 800 - 3907. View a contact list for all underwriters here.
Additionally, US Assure has stopped business travel for our staff until further notice. We have identified ways to transition live agent events and face-to-face meetings to virtual sessions so that we can continue to deliver the marketing and sales insights many of our customers rely on to be successful in their builders risk business.
We remain committed to assuring your success during this time. Should there be a change in business operations that impacts our ability to provide you with the same level of service and support, you will be notified. Until then, our team of specialists have you covered!
