How to Access User Applications at the Agency Level
Oh, hi!
Has this ever happened to you? You finally get to go on vacation. You're floating around the pool, enjoying the sun, and you hear the phone ring. You try to ignore it, but the darn thing rings four more times.
It's work calling. Your client wants to issue the builders risk policy that you quoted two weeks ago. Don't worry; be happy.
When staff are out of the office, it shouldn't stop your business from supporting clients the exact time they need it. Registered agents under the same producer code can access and make changes to online builders risk applications in progress by another agency representative. So, it's easy for your coworkers to fill in for you, and your business won't skip a beat.
Plus, there's no user password sharing required because you can access everything under your personal account with US Assure.
All they have to do is log in to the policy issuance platform, locate the Recent Work in Progress box, then click All Work in Progress button. Select all agency transactions. Find the quote, take control of the application and issue the policy.
Looking for a policy that's already issued?
From the homepage dashboard, find the Recent Policies box. Select View All Policies, then select all policies in the Policy Created dropdown. Find the policy and do what needs to be done.
And don't worry if vacation brain hit you hard. US Assure has instructions to help you do all of this, just in case you forget.
If your coworkers run into any issues, just tell them to call us. We're happy to help so your vacation vibes stay as calm as swaying of the palm trees.
Speaking of which, it's time for me to get back to my vacation. ‘Til next time.
